How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two to three weeks in advance to ensure we can source the finest seasonal produce and allocate the right chef for your occasion. For larger events of twenty or more guests, four or more weeks’ notice allows us to plan every detail with the care it deserves.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Every menu we create can be tailored to accommodate dietary needs including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and allergen-specific requirements. Just let us know your guests’ needs when you enquire and we’ll build the experience around them.

What areas do you service?
We service Greater Sydney including the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, and Northern Beaches. If you’re outside these areas, reach out anyway — for the right occasion we’re happy to travel further.

What do I need to provide?
Simply a kitchen and a dining table. We bring everything else — all ingredients, cookware, tableware and service equipment. We also leave your kitchen as clean as we found it, so you can focus entirely on enjoying the experience.

How does pricing work?
Pricing is per person and varies based on the experience you choose and the number of guests. A degustation with premium ingredients will differ from a canape reception, for example. Once you share your details, we’ll send a fully itemised proposal so you know exactly what to expect.
